“Whether you hire somebody or don’t hire somebody, focus on your reputation online. Focus on Google My Business, Healthgrades, Vitals, and other websites like that, and get as many reviews as you can, positive or negative. Then look at that data, break it down, and get to the root of the problem. This will help you organically rise through the ranking on Google without spending any money,” says Thompson.
