Watch Out For Videos About Your Practice and Physicians on Vitals

It seems that everyday there is a new website out there offering patient evaluations about their experience at your office.  A while back we noticed that Vitals.com had started posting video reviews on select specialties.  Depending on the depth of your experience, the reviews posted by your patients (or often disgruntled employees or possibly competition) and even the wait-time in your office, these new video summaries of your name can come across as a negative or a positive.

Remember, it’s critical that you claim these physician profiles as your own to ensure accuracy of information and to help control your online reputation.  Each time inaccurate information gets out there, you’ll have to work 3x to have it removed from the front page of Google.
